Grandma Sally's Cinnamon Walnuts

I absolutely love making these every year around the holidays. They are so simple to make and taste so incredibly amazing that I wanted to share them with you.

2 Cups of Diamond Walnuts
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
2 Tbsp Butter
1/4 Cup Water
Melt butter add water and cinnamon mix well, then add sugar and cook over med flame stirring constantly until it comes to a soft boil. Turn burner off stir in nuts and coat well.
Pour entire mixture out onto waxed paper, spread evenly and let cool.
Break up and Enjoy!

You can double this recipe for a larger family and use almonds or pecans in place of walnuts.

That looks so delish! Too bad I'm allergic to nuts :( It seems like so many yummy things have nuts in them! Love your blog! :)

These look good. I would probably use almonds, I'm not a huge fan of walnuts. But still...
